What we expect;
4 years’ university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, 
4+ years of experience in related field,
Your need to have strong analytical skills  in order to be active role of forecast validation process with demand excellence
You need to have good team management skills so as to manage the demand and supply team while supporting their improvement
You will be responsible for all supply and demand planning process of Professional Products and Active Cosmetic Divisions
You will be leading the customer projects for both direct and indirect channel and define & follow Key Performance Indicators (out of stock, service rate, stock) and communicate them internally and to the International Team.
You will manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks and by communicating priorities to the International Team and stock levels in accordance with the objectives of the country and analyze obsoletes and slow movers.
You will have a strong cooperation with both Supply Chain and Business partners as Logistics, Subcontracting, Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Sales Operation
