Currently, we are seeking a Sales Support Assistant Specialist for the management of new and existing customers and sales processes on LeasePlan's online sales channel, Tıkla Kirala.
Sales Support Assistant Specialist qualified as below;
- Relevant university degree, fresh graduates or candidates with maximum 2-3 years relevant experience,
- Ambition to make a career in fleet management sector in sales function,
- Good command of English,
- Preferably advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills even under stressful environments,
- Preferably excellent reporting and presentation skills with a result-oriented approach,
- Build strong relationship with customers by demonstrating strong engagement skills,
- Self-motivated, initiative taking,
- No military service obligation for male candidates or deferred at least two years.
İŞ TANIMI
The support executive will be accountable for inbound customer requests received through the company website and process orders over the phone. Candidates should have experience in customer service.
- Meet or exceed all aspects of individual, team and company targets by delivering profitable fleet solutions to our clients,
- Manage all customer orders and associated issues received through the Tıkla Kirala sales platform,
- Provide end-to-end (pre and post-sale) support to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Build customer confidence in your ability to successfully solve their business solution needs with the right products and services in a prompt and professional manner,
- On-board new clients by closing sales on web-generated leads,
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing client base,
- Prepare analysis / reports necessary in the acquisition of new clients or internal reporting purposes,
- Initiate credit approvals,
- To work closely with all other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction,
- To provide clear, concise and timely reports to the management or other.
