İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Pricing Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Pricing Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Design and analyze tariffs and pricing promotions, leveraging customer insights and global best practices that maximize elastic usage and drive customer advocacy
- Send Pricing Flash to Exco explaining in detail the new launches in the market
- Manage the tariff portfolio to increase customer ARPU /AMPU and revenue through elastic usage stimulation.
- Ensure the tariff portfolio is competitive, well positioned, driving customer activity and increasing ARPU
- Come up with new proposals/initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line with DB/OP
- Conduct pre-evaluation studies of new tariffs and campaign ideas to support new tariff developments and measurements of impact after launch
- Carry out post-evaluation of new tariffs / campaign, understand and report in detail the customer behavior, and propose new actions, offers and concepts if necessary.
- Work closely with Financial Decision Support team to provide the financial assumptions for the Reco process
- Assess main competitive tariff / campaigns for all segments in the market and propose new actions, concepts and alternatives based on customer insights and market analysis.
