QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree from relevant department of the universities,

·         Minimum 5 years of experience working in HS function of a manufacturing environment,

·         B Level Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security,

·         Excellent OHSAS 18001 Management Systems skills,

·         Good Level of reading, writing, and speaking in English,

·         Knowledge of national regulations & international HS standards,

·         Knowledge of MS Office programs,

·         Strong communication and coordination skills, leadership skills and analytical approach,

·         Having strong problem-solving skills and Project Management skills,

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Develop Health & Safety procedures, programs and systems at our plant,

·         Ensuring the application of Health and Safety regulations and rules at all Company functions,

·         Carrying out and tracking the risk assessments,

·         To follow-up conformity of the performed activities to the standards and regulations, to commence corrective actions,

·         To follow-up developments and legal regulations related to HS, and implement them in the factory,

·         To participate internal HS audits, preparing the action plans related with the findings and carry out and follow the corrective actions,

·         To improve HS policy according to size a way that it continuously develops HS performance of goals and targets,

·         To make any kind of legal and regulatory reporting requirements within the organization.
