QUALIFICATIONS

We seek for an “R&D Engineer” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in BESLER (part of Yildiz Holding) in Research & Development, in Pendik / Istanbul location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering,      
• Min. 2 years of experience in R&D department, preferably in food companies, preferably in oil sector,
• Having project management skills to deliver projects on time with good quality,   
• Good at research findings into short/long-term strategy and actions,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,           
• Good knowledge of MS office programs, preferably good knowledge of SAP, 
• Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul,
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Studying formulation of new and existing products to develop affordable,profitable, healthy, safe and delicious products.
• Developing products bringing target financials.
• Chooses correct ingredients at the correct price, at the targeted quality and safety.
• Checks group specifications and apply the best practices and research continuously.             
• Identification and research of new product needs in the market.            
• Management of R&D Project Prosess.                                                                                 
• Develop products inline with regulations & global recommendations.
• Determination of process and raw material standards of new products.
• Ensuring the cost and quality optimization of manufactured products.                  
• Following up innovations and improvements in industry and making required analysis to support R&D activities.
• Coordinating production processes according to R&D principles.
• Being experience on R&D Center incentives.
• Following innovative technologies & solutions and applying the know-how into production and projects, carrying out the development of studies.
