MOBILE GAME DESIGNER

We are looking for teammates for a set of challenging projects which require high-end technologies and software processes for Group Companies of Çalık Holding,

• Mobile game design experience on 3 years or more published projects on the App Store & Google Play,
• Ability to break down mobile games to its root mechanics and analyze its game balance,
• Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets),
• Passionate about playing mobile games,
• Ability to conceptualize, prototype, iterate and balance features for mobile games,
• Nicely balanced in-game economy, character use, storylines, assets lists, AI behaviors, text and dialogue with clear documentation,
• Designing, defining and maintaining all mobile game mechanics , 
• Being well up on mobile gaming, having knowledge of mobile game's global market and current trends,
• Driving the full cycle mobile game design through all production phases from concept to release, 
• Utilizing data and turning it into sensible designs and level designs  Conceptualizing, the current mobile game ideas as projects, 
• Giving feedbacks to the related departments, 
• Understanding what exactly makes for a high-value experience in the eyes of a mobile game player, 
• Collaborating with other team members of all aspects of the mobile game’s, development,
•  Preferably strong math skills, scripting experience, high level of English spelling and grammar, willing to learn new tools and technologies as required, Computer Science degree or equivalent professional (or hobbyist) experience,
