A Foreign Procurement Specialist is sought to join our rapidly growing company with the following qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of relevant departments of universities,

At least 4 years of experience in the field,

Involved in the procurement of technical materials and semi-finished products,

High cultural awareness, capable of analyzing the market for procurement,

Strong legal knowledge, experienced in international contracts and specifications,

Strong communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills,

Financial literacy and proficiency in basic finance topics,

Team player,

Advanced level of English,

Strong in follow-up and organizational skills, able to work systematically,

Competent in reporting and analysis,

Strong representation skills, Presentable,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Residing in Istanbul Anatolian side (Kadıköy-Tuzla) or Kocaeli (Gebze-İzmit) is preferable.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing the entire procurement process of projects under their responsibility,

Management of existing supplier relationships,

Conducting supplier development activities,

Determining procurement strategies by monitoring the global market,

Providing support for the development of the supply chain,

Establishing a customer-focused supply network,

Periodic reporting of all procurement activities.
