Our Supply Chain Network Operations practice has a strong and growing presence in theConsumer Business and Manufacturing sectors and is currently looking for skilled and experienced supply chain senior managers / managers to join us. We work side by side with our clients to make the choices that will help stretch and sharpen their ambition - grounded firmly in the realities of the marketplace and the capabilities of their organization. We understand that strategy stands or falls on execution - and we are known for delivering “executable strategy”. We also help our clients execute their strategies by designing the right operating models, processes, organizations and technologies. We bring a rigorous, fact-based analytical capability to help our clients solve pressing and complex issues, to reveal insight and deliver value through pragmatic, actionable recommendations.

The nature of the work varies but your work is likely to involve the following:

• Designing strategic business models: helping clients determine the optimum business or commercial model to more effectively deliver their objectives;
• Designing operating models: helping clients create the optimal business architecture for successful strategy execution, by answering questions such as which functions to share, how to determine the budget/size of the functions, and where and by whom the operations should be performed, etc.;
• Optimizing supply chain: helping clients optimize the procurement of materials, manufacturing of products, and transportation of these goods. Our service span includes supply chain strategy & organization; integrated planning; network design; sourcing management; manufacturing and distribution management; and measuring supply chain performance
• Developing supply chain optimization models: understanding the client specific problems and developing executable solutions from academic literature as an optimization scientist

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6-12 years experience on different functions of supply chain management and planning especially at manufacturing and consumer goods industries
• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words
• Ability to demonstrate active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly
• Applies deep knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement
• Acts as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make
