QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1s and/or aftermarket) in a manufacturing company.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German language is an asset.
  • University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering or equivalent majors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (as well as PowerPoint, Word) and full command on computer systems.
  • Applicant should be attentive to detail and have high competence in teamwork, professional communication abilities problem solving and analysis capability.
  • B category driving license.
  • No travel restrictions.
  • Located in Corlu or Ergene, Tekirdag.
  • No military obligation (for male candidates) or paid military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a company that 100% exports of its production to European and N. American automotive companies, we give the following responsibilities to the Sales Specialist position:

  • Investigate market opportunities and search for potential sales prospects.
  • Prepare and present offers to potential customers.
  • Evaluate the customers’ orders requests, enter orders into ERP system and send confirmation to customers.
  • Follow up with the production and planning department about order deliveries and shipments.
  • Prepare packing lists, invoices and send these documents to the customers.
  • Prepare customs paperwork and work together with customs brokers, freight forwarders and transportation companies for the shipment of orders.
  • Evaluate complaints from clients together with production and quality managers and be a part of corrective/preventive actions process.
  • Meeting all questions, problems, demands and needs of the customers regarding order management.
  • Respond to customers’ modification requests, follow up and organizing the process.
  • Planning and performing customer visits and trade shows for European and N. American customers
