Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Industrial Controller" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Min. 3 years of experience in production companies, 
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Good team player, strong communication skills, 
• Confident in data reporting and analysis, 
• High adaptation and accountability skills, 
• No obstacle to frequent travels, 
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Monitoring of financial, operational and similar performance parameters.
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of changes and determination of areas open for improvement.
• To take an active role in the standardization and optimization of processes.
• Following the planned workflow from beginning to end and providing information flow to relevant departments.
• To take an active role in providing data to departments and plants.
• Forming reporting models in line with the Group standards, setting up the process and following up the necessary calculations.
• Establishing department budgets by taking an active role in the budgeting process.
• Periodically analyse to Opex/Capex costs of plants.
• Preparing the monthly supply chain cost analyses presentation and negotiate numbers with plants management before.
