Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead our digital marketing team into a new era of data-driven decision-making. This pivotal role will oversee all digital marketing data sources, creating a cohesive analytics framework that drives strategic initiatives across the board. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and harmonise digital marketing data sources, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.

• Develop, maintain, and optimise comprehensive dashboards in CRM and Google Data Studio, providing real-time insights into digital marketing performance.

• Analyse digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to the marketing team and CMO.

• Champion a data-driven culture within the marketing department, offering guidance and training to team members on leveraging analytics for strategic decisions.

• Work closely with marketing to align data analytics with campaign objectives, enhancing effectiveness and ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in data analytics within a digital marketing context.

• Expertise in CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and similar tools.

• A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data sets into actionable insights.

• A team player who values innovation, integrity, and our mission to empower individuals through exceptional hair treatment solutions.

• Fluent in english is a must
