We are looking for a "HR Specialist" teammate to be assigned to RC Endüstri's Hendek / Sakarya Factory.

What Do We Expect from Our New Teammates?

• Ensuring the execution of all HR sub-functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, payroll and personnel management.
• Suggesting and supporting studies to increase employee loyalty and motivation.
• To follow the legislation and developments in the field of HR and to ensure that all practices in the field of responsibility are carried out within this framework.
• Being responsible for carrying out Payroll accrual transactions with SAP and ensuring that the relevant data programs are constantly updated.
• To carry out checks of subcontractor employees, SSI employment declarations and other documents and to ensure that the process complies with laws and regulations.
• Participating in standard staff determination studies.
• To support OHS processes and take all necessary actions on the HR side.
• Creating monthly and periodic human resources activity reports and statistics and presenting them to senior management.
• To carry out correspondence with all official institutions and organizations and to follow the completion of the processes by the relevant departments.
• Working together with administrative affairs and other departments to eliminate nonconformities that occur in the factory area.

Qualifications

• Graduated from the University's Labor Economics, Human Resources, Psychology and Sociology departments,
• Human Resources, Training, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Payroll and Personnel etc. At least 5 years of experience in this function,
• Having Human Resources experience in the production sector,
• Knowledgeable about labor law and legal regulations,
• Able to use MS Office Programs well,
• Has a good level of English knowledge,
• Knowledgeable about SAP HR module,
• Developed strategic thinking and planning skills,
• Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Able to use initiative,
• Has effective and efficient communication skills.
