What will you do ?

• Be the first contact of the customers.
• Analyze and redirect incidents reported by the customers.
• Regularly monitor and notify Implementation & Support Team for customer reported incidents.
• Define and monitor service level agreements.
• Autonomous and proactive solution of exception cases.
• Responsible CRM Communication channels.
• Regularly create and notify the customers about their incident reports.

What will you bring to us?

• Associate or bachelor degree
• At least 2 years of experience with IT related support ( incidents /help desk / first level support /Technical callcenter)
• Working knowledge of CRM applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Good in English
• No military obligations
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Advanced time management skills
• Team oriented
• Personal drive and commitment
