Indirect Purchasing Specialist/Senior Specialist

Turkey's young, dynamic, innovative and success-oriented healthcare company that adds innovation to the generic world; GENVEON is looking for an Indirect Purchasing Specialist/Senior Specialist to be assigned to our production facility in Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone!

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor of Engineering Faculties, Economics, Business Administration degree  from university,
• Min. 2+ years of work experience in a similar responsibility is highly preferable,
• Extensive knowledge on at least two of following indirect categories: Investment (Equipment, Production Line), Logistics(Order Tracking) and Services,
• Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes,
• Preferred written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Preferred knowledge SAP MM module and Office execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Closely cooperating with Production, Engineering & Quality for optimizing potential buying leverage,
• Standardization of services and contracts by categories,
• Comparing and selecting the optimum business partner and offer considering price, quality and timely delivery,
• Managing all tender process with potential business partners including master agreement and frame agreement contracts in coordination with Legal and Finance.
