QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Information Technologies Department, we are looking for aIT Service Desk Analyst with below-mentioned qualifications:

 

·           Having a university degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (Preferably computer science or similar qualification.)

·           Having at least 2 years of experience in IT

·           Microsoft/Linux Certification

·           Good knowledge in working in global/virtual teams

·           Fluent English in written and spoken

·           Client-oriented and flexible

·           Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills

·           Living in Istanbul

·           No military obligation for male candidates

 

Below technical skills are required:

·           Significant experience in Microsoft desktop and server OS support

·           Significant experience in upgrading desktop and server OS

·           Significant experience with Remote support tools

·           Experience with Microsoft Products especially SCCM

·           Experience with Nagios or other monitoring systems

·           Knowledge of PowerShell

·           Knowledge of Linux OS especially RHEL, SuSE, CentOS

·           Knowledge of VMWare products

·           Knowledge of networking and different protocols

·           Knowledge of Squid Proxy

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  IT Service Desk Analyst will support IT managed environment- servers, workstations and peripheries, participate in extending existing infrastructure, resolve tickets and communicate with the users.

 

·           The Incident resolution, Incident management

·           Implementing changes, Change management

·           Installation of new versions, patches

·           Proactive capacity and performance management of systems and system components

·           Support in planning and implementation of projects / new designs and migrations

Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
