• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Having at least 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Material Planning Management.
• Preferably experienced in the automotive Industry.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP program, experienced in SAP implementation processes.
• Proactive, analytical thinker, and result-oriented.
• Strong reporting skills and problem-solving competencies, detail-oriented in business matters.
• Strong leadership competencies.
• Hands on approach.
• Proficient in English at advanced level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining and implementing annual and monthly production plans.
• Reviewing and reporting current plans in collaboration with sales departments based on forecasts and sales changes.
• Identifying discrepancies based on production reports and ensuring necessary actions are taken in collaboration with the production department.
• Managing capacities determined by the production department.
• Assessing and reporting on delays in procurement processes as determined by the Purchasing Department.
• Managing engineering changes to keep Product Structure and Routing systems up to date and ensuring system management.
• Analyzing reports received from department employees, controlling discrepancies, and reporting to management.
• Controlling all production-related stock balances and ensuring system management in line with minimum stock levels.
• Continuously reviewing new systems related to production planning and storage systems, ensuring the creation of new projects and tracking them.
• Participating in budget planning and identifying necessary capacity needs.
• Creating new projects with a regular monitoring system, and providing necessary reporting to management.
