Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, statistics, business administration, economics, engineering or related field
• 2-3 years of experience on finance related practices
• Effective communication skills in both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English
• Strong Analytical mindset
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

Job Description

• Owns process of execution of  pricings conditions of respective sales period (week/month/year) in order to provide right prices from customer sales orders to billing.
• Maintain the requested rebate structure (monthly/quarterly/annual/campaigns etc.) in PRIMA and SAP ERP for dealers and make sure right number of accruals are reserved in financial bookings.
• Close collaboration with Finance, PBU and Customer Services departments for efficient management of all conditions/rebate accruals definition and follow up process.
• Prepare various rebate accrual analysis reports on monthly/quarterly basis and share with related departments including high management.
• Together with Compensation and Benefits, process owner of the salesman incentive.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative data to support finance.

Note: The position is payrolled by a Contractor Company with a fixed term of 1 year.
