R&D DESIGN ENGINEER

We are looking for "R&D DESIGN ENGINEER" for our global client Viessmann.

About the Viessmann R&D team;

The Viessmann R&D team is a critical group in the design, project management, systems, standards and regulations of the projects/products. They work closely with their production and quality teams to provide the highest levels of availability and service success. Being active and nice is a requirement and you will be working in a high speed, collaborative team. Their ideal new team member is highly creative, energetic and deeply knowledgeable about the latest design trends and technologies.

How you’ll make an impact;

You will integrate the physical design requirements (structural, criticality and operations) into the part/product design that meet all applicable requirements for the form, fit and function. Collaborate with the engineering staff to create design drawings in accordance with the applicable standards. Review and verify design drawings and technical documentation prepared by others to ensure accuracy in form, fit and function. Generate and implement new solutions by considering material quality, function, production method, raw material, costs and reach agreement with the relevant stakeholders. Adapt design improvements on the existing functions and parts.

What you’ll bring with you;

Bachelor degree in engineering field (mechanical engineering is preferred).

5 years experience in 3D design programs (Unigraphics is preferred).

Experience in design of sheet metal and plastic components.

Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for generating new ideas.

Innovative, collaborative, pro-active & cross functional team player.

 If you know about the following it’s a plus;

Having knowledge of gas burning appliances

Knowledge of SAP and Polarion tools.

Ability to proactively track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

German would be a nice add-on.
