The company
Launched in February 2018, Hürriyet Emlak Projeland provides an online service for homebuyers willing to purchase homes directly from property developers. Projeland offers over 5,700 residential projects throughout Turkey and connected more then 100 000 homebuyers with developers. Projeland offers all transparent information about residential projects including verified apartment prices, available flats and floorplans, and in addition to that 360 degree project walkthoughs, 3D construction images, 3D videos, overview videos, promotions and campaigns, news that also provide users with industry insights.
The task
Main task of Customer Success representative is to ensure smooth process of service delivery to key Clients (Developers, Construction companies) while keeping tight communication with both Sales Department and Digital Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
1) Initiating and controlling the process of Customers (developers) onboarding:set up of the landing pages of developers projects, get creative materials and all information about the project in order to launch marketing campaigns in coordination with digital marketing team
2) Onboarding developers in “developers space” on projeland.com
3) Communicating marketing plan and tools/channels we will use in order to deliver leads to the Customersin coordination with Digital marketing and Sales teams
4) Performing weekly and monthly report to Customers, communicating intermediate results with responsible Sales representative
5) Ensuring actual and relevant information of promoted Project profiles on our platform
6) Handling incoming inquiries from Customers and Partners in regards to service progress or any other related concerns
7) Controlling the process of delivering the leads, monitors daily lead performance, control over creatives we use in our campaigns
8) Measuring and improving the satisfaction levelof our customers developers (make sure they receive the required service).
KPIs:
1) Revenue from your Customers portfolio
2) Customers NPS
Requirements:
1) Experience in Customer Success/Account Management/Media planning role in Digital agency or any similar position from 1 year
2) Experience as Marketing or Sales manager is a plus
3) Advanced English is a plus
4) Experience in digital marketing required
5) Confident PC user
6) Great communication skills
