Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Foreign Trade Operation Specialist” in Global Supply Chain Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Performing payment, insurance, and shipping organization requests in all import transactions.
• Completing insurance and shipping organization requests for export operations; completing documentation, customs, and system operations in compliance with domestic and international regulations.
• Handling the closure of export commitment credits.
• Monitoring import and export regulations.
• Submitting applications for quota and dumping procedures in imports.
• Submitting permits and document applications used in customs procedures for all import and export processes.
• Performing necessary tasks for overseas subsidiaries.
• Preparing monthly reports.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and result-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of SAP with reporting skills.
• Experience with customs documentation, knowledge of international trade terms and requirements, and customs legislation.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of work experience in import and export operations.
