Export - Import Operations Specialist

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
• Excellent knowledge of export and foreign trade legislations,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and purchasing processes.
• Fluent in English and advanced in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach,
• Energetic and goal-oriented,
• Completed or exempted military service for male candidates.
• Analytical thinking, ability to work in teams.

Export processes;

• Doing sales by finding new customers.
• To manage existing customer portfolio.
• To forward the incoming orders to the suppliers.
• To send an order confirmation according to the information received from the supplier.
• To provide the necessary coordination in preparation of the goods in our warehouse and in the process of shipments to the customers.
• Tracking of the back orders and giving information to the customers.
• To ensure that payments are made in time.

Import processes;

• To contact with the companies to get the required informations about technical subjects, price issues, payment terms and deliverty time.
• To place an order to the supplier in case of the appropriate conditions.
• To provide information to the sales team by talking with the supplier about preparing the orders and dispatching them on time.
• Coordinating shipments from supplier to our warehouse, sharing information with necessary persons.
• To contact with the customs officer for the import procedures when the products arrive.
• To inform the sales team about the problems and delays that may occur during the import process.
