QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KNAUF INSULATION, one of the largest and most respected insulation manufacturers in the world offering a wide range of insulation materials to meet the growing demand of energy efficiency and acoustic performance in new and existing homes, commercial buildings and industrial applications is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service,
• Problem solving attitude,
• Professional manner towards customer needs,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player,
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under stress,
• Export, import, VAT and customs clearance procedure knowledge,
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications,
• Turkish native, fluency in English - written and spoken,
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Located in Eskişehir
İŞ TANIMI
• Receiving telephone calls, faxes, and emails from customers, answering their questions and reacting to their requirements,
• Accepting fax and email orders from the customers, ensuring their entry in the SAP system,
• Monitoring processed orders, confirming them with customers, providing their potential corrections, changes or cancellations upon customer requirements,
• Archiving full documentation required for the order management (accepted order, change, cancellation, price conditions),
• Resolving operative problems related to supplies (problems with loading, unloading, delay, material availability, etc.) and informing the customers continuously,
• Negotiating with other servicing departments (logistics, dispatch, production planning),
• Optimizing lorry load balance in cooperation with the logistics department,
• Accepting claims from the customers, ensuring their entry in the SAP system, coordinating their solution and informing the customers in time,
• Sending issued invoices/ credit notes / debit notes to the customers, filing the copies of the documents together with the orders and related documentation,
• Managing customer deliveries from domestic warehouse,
• Controlling domestic warehouse stock levels and organizing domestic warehouse replenishment according to forecasts delivered by Sales Dpt.
• Ensuring regular feedback from Sales Dpt. on domestic forecasts.
