“We are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER with the following qualifications to be employed in our 100% foreign company, which is one of the leading companies in the Seismic Protection and Engineering sector”.

-         Ensuring that production planning, purchasing and warehouse management processes are carried out in accordance with the Company's objectives and properly and that these processes are kept up-to-date.

-         Monitoring the performance indicators under responsibility of his/her department, making and/or having made measurements and reporting them. Directing and managing development activities in line with the objectives.

-         Managing the necessary production planning activities with the relevant departments in order to deliver the customer orders in a timely manner in accordance with the needs of the customers and dealing with the possible problems.

-         Engaging the Production Planning Module in an Enterprise Resource Planning Software.

-         Preparing  weekly / monthly production plans.

-         Making and/or having made lead times and cycle times.

-         Making work plans.

-         Making material list structures.

-         Providing with information flow on production planning.

-         Preparing  BOM.

-         Performing capacity planning and control operations.

-         Monitoring production and shipment information regularly, managing weekly / monthly production meetings, coordinating the relevant departments, issuing and/or having issued meeting notes and determined action plans.

-         Estimating production by using historical data for production planning.

-         Calculating and/or having calculated the theoretical costs of the products received from order / offer.

-         Having carried out the contract review and risk assessment in a coordinated manner for the products whose order and offer is received.

-         Starting the production after opening the customer orders and providing with all the documentation of the product from the relevant engineering unit (Bearing - Expansion Joint) to have delivered the pictures, reports, specifications to the relevant production units in order to follow up and collect the data from the production.

-         Recording the actual operation times made by the production data entries on the basis of the production order, comparing with the planned times used in the production work order and reporting to the Financial Affairs / Managing Director.

-         Making shipment plans together with the relevant production unit and logistics (import & export) unit, coordinating the vehicles required for the shipment of finished products and having shipped timely.

-         Developing appropriate planning strategies to meet the targets for customers and stocks at the same time, creating critical planning data such as minimum stock levels, material lead times etc. and entering or having entered in the system. 

-         Establishing warehouse stocks according to minimum stock levels and also maintaining or having maintained procurement activities by considering lead times.

-         Following up that all materials defined as stock item on the production planning module are delivered by the warehouses under their responsibility and the stock entry and exit process is performed correctly and on time and taking necessary measures in this regard.  

-         During the delivery of the materials by the warehouse, examining the materials and the causes of errors that are found to be different according to the parts lists (product tree), coordinating with the relevant departments to eliminate the root cause of the error and carrying out the correct consumption of the materials. 

-          Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering

-          Effective use of Enterprise Resource Planning Software and Production and Production Planning modules

-          Effective use of MS Office Programs

-          Minimum 5-Year Professional Experience

-          Able to Speak German and English Effectively

-          Machining Knowledge (preferred)

-          Welded Construction Knowledge (preferred)

-          Installation Knowledge (preferred)

-          Rubber Technology Knowledge (preferred)

-          Must Have Completed Military Service

-          Have no restriction to travel abroad
