We are looking for self-motivated, fast-learner Media Planning Senior Specialist to join our marketing team in our journey to provide innovative financial services to millions of people. 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Marketing, Business, or relevant field 4-5 years experience in hands on media planning
  • Must be creative, innovative, able to identify and optimize media opportunities, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset, ability to think creatively with an ‘outside the box’ approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues
  • Ability to manage time effectively and foster a multidisciplinary approach
  • Ability to create own agenda and effectively manage third party stakeholders and business partners
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for media planning
  • Skilled at problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of media strategy development
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple demands within challenging deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Demonstrated ability to see a new idea through from concept to execution
  • Strong attention to details and very good at overseeing budget control
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of research required by the industry

 

Job Description:

  • Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach their target audience in the most effective way possible
  • Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan
  • Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels like television, films, the internet, and outdoor posters and digital billboards
  • Creating or recommending certain media strategies to increase brand recognition, sales and acquisition
  • Working with agency partners in the creative development of conventional media projects, media management, PR activities and events
  • Keep up to date with marketing activities in the sector, market dynamics, competitors and new opportunities. Proactively research and develop media angles, ensuring optimum coverage for the company
  • Develop an aggressive media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with appropriate media contacts for the company
  • Set parameters for lead collection at media plan
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Determine ROI of each media plan and utilize information for budgeting purposes and analyze the media plan’s success and prepare reports
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the media plan success
  • Coordinate all operations negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
  • Delivering media plans on time, within budget, that meet expectations.
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every media plan
