Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in the field.
• Knowledge about the SAP ecosystem.
• Having knowledge of corporate business applications (ERP Solutions, B2B, WMS, CRM, MES, etc.) and having taken part in similar processes.
• Knowledge about agile development processes (AGILE, SCRUM, KANBAN etc.)
• Prone to team work, solution/results oriented, strong follow-up skills.

Job Description:

• Providing end user support for software used throughout the company.
• Managing help requests from users.
• Analyzing and documenting additional development requests for software used throughout the company.
• Ensuring coordination with software companies and tracking the escalated works.
