QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

NGN is a global system integrator operating in Turkey and Middle East since 2005. NGN provides consultancy, implementation and support services in the following areas: Data Centers and cloud solutions; Call Centers and Network Infrastructure; IT Infrastructure Services; Information and Network Security; Advanced Analytics and Reporting, Big Data; Application Development; Business and ITIL/ITSM Processes; Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Smart Cities; Transportation and Logistics Processes; IT Outsourcing; Virtual Reality and 3D solutions; Internet of Things and Blockchain Technologies. Providing services to many national and international companies in different sectors including banking and finance, production, public, retail and energy, NGN has so far completed hundreds of big scale projects that improve business efficiency and continuity. We are looking for "HR Manager " to work in NGN Turkey; the candidate should have the following qualifications;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business  Management, Related Fiel Labor Economics and      Industrial Relations
  • Demonstrated advanced expertise with HR practices including Recruitment, Talent management, Performance Management, , Training, Compensation & Benefits, Administrative Affairs
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and it’s execution, Detailed knowledge of payroll tax lawsalso follow of the legal legislations.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational HR matters
  • Strong leadership and team management experience,
  • Excellent  English skills, both written and verbal,  communication skills,
  • Good organizational skills, time management, prioritizing, and able to work with deadlines,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to Company specific systems,
  • In depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Have no restriction to travel.

Job Description

  • Managing relations with official authorities in occupational Health&Safety
  • Taking the corporate culture, policy and procedures into account in the HR activities;
  • Preparing monthly payroll and salary files;
  • Maintaining Social Security Institution registry and Turkish Employment Organization procedures;
  • Prepare annual and strategy HR Budgets;
  • Performing works related to recruitment;
  • Coordinating with the top management when setting company targets;
  • Manager on pay and benefit issues and all HR related processes and managing outsourced payroll,
  • Budget Management and all aspects of salary reviews,
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance casework, ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed;
  • To prepare reports on HR KPI's / Management Information to support continuous improvement;
  • Provide weekly updates to the GM on current
