A brief job description of the R&D-ProductionEngineer position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.  

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in  R&D, Product Development, Quality Control or Production Deparments in food companies,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having good knowledge and experience at Management Systems; like ISO 9001, BRC and ISO 22000.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is compulsory (a second language is preferred),
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Good project management skills to deliver projects on time and with good quality,
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills,
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of  the team,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,   
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
• Residing in Istanbul on the Anatolian side or Kocaeli (Gebze & Darıca)

• Studying products of new and existing products to develop affordable,profitable, healthy,, safe delicious products, 
• Following up innovations and improvements in industry and making required analysis to support R&D activities
• Managing supplier and customer complaints, researching appropirate solutions to customer complaints,
• Arranging the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,
• Ensuring production activities with high quality, capacity and safety
• Carrying out production activities according to the defined standards of process and taking required actions to improve the process.
