      General Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, telecommunications engineering, automation engineering or a related area from top-tier universities
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Teamwork prone, strong communication and conflict management
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Have excellent decision making, follow-up, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Good practical experience with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Job Description

•  Involving in-house project development activities in accordance with Panasonic Product Development Process by closely following up the tasks and progress
• Composing project plan and feasibility work of development projects by involving technical leaders and development team members
• Actively participating project approval process in project gates by contributing to the project review meeting presentations
• Each month regularly reporting the project status to the upper management and person months to the related departments
• Coordination with other Departments (Quality Assurance, Molding Shop, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.) for the project related tasks (standard compliance, product tests, field tests, mold preparation, sample production, critical components, etc.)
• Updating the product development process within the scope of continuous improvement
• Coordinating/Participating official document preparations according to the project milestones and gates
• Following up the project budgets/spendings and approvals of project related invoices and payments
