Operation Manager

We are looking for an  "Operation Manager"  to our global company. 

· Bachelor's degree from relevant sections,

· At least 5 years of working experience focused on operations in the Call Center management,

· Native level of German,

· Advanced level of English,

· Experienced in corporate customer relationship management,

· Competence in call center budget, planning, measurement, reporting technologies and methodologies,

· Responsible, attaches importance to human relations,

· Have a strong planning and coordination skills,

· Customer and service-oriented,

· Competence in problem solving, data analysis, presentation,

· Has leadership and organization management competencies,

· Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

· Prepare reports including routine analysis of customer data, make annual and monthly data reconciliation, prepare capacity analysis,

· Participating in customer meetings,

· Determining the need for personnel due to reasons such as growth and call increase,

· Analyze reports and take action on issues such as project performances, quality objectives, customer consultant performance,

· To prepare reports on project objectives such as income / expense, productivity, corporate customer demands and needs, organizational needs of the project and to inform the manager to which it is affiliated,

· Conducting studies for the improvement and development of the processes under his responsibility and evaluating the results.

· Prepare reports including routine analysis of customer data, make annual and monthly data reconciliation, prepare capacity analysis.
