Our client, which is the global leader in payment solutions, is looking for an“IT Governance Manager” for its growing IT Team with the following requirements:

Requirements:

•                   BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

•                   Proven experience as an IT Governance Manager or related fields

•                   Experience in project and IT services management

•                   Experience in team management

•                   Knowledge of core IT processes and services

•                   Knowledge og ITIL and Compliance areas

•                   Excellent knowledge in financial management/controlling, outstanding analytical skills

•                   Excellent communication skills

•                   Problem-solving aptitude

•                   Organizational and leadership skills

Job Description:

Reporting to the CTO of the company, this role will involve but not be limited to the following responsibilities;

·         IT Financial Management:
IT budget planning, controlling and reporting (annual and quarterly, local and HQ (IT Corporate Centre) focus), IT cost allocation. Coordination of IT financial management.

·         IT Project Portfolio:
Creating IT PMO methodology, defining rules, Maintenance, controlling , reporting and cluster planning, Montly review with departments, Quarterly and annual project progress report to CxO’s

·         IT Compliance & Quality Management:
Creation and maintenance of service delivery orders and service level agreements, BCP (Business Continuity Planning), audit gap closing, IT process reviews

·         Foundation & Execution:
Maintenance of core IT Governance documents and repositories, contribution to global IT reporting, execution of TR IT Governance, Link to Global IT Governance community

·         IT Service Management:
Manage the governance, planning and risk management functions and Ensures appropriate policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery . Manage all areas related to Release and Change Management.
