QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and company culture
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and guide hiring managers through the selection process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling various positions across different levels
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • To have a good command of written and spoken English.
