We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Operations team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate planning and smooth execution of all land-based travel services for our esteemed clients.

 QUALIFICATIONS 

•       Excellent written and spoken language skills in English. Spanish a plus.

•       Knowledge of MS Office applications and Excel is very important.

•       Proficiency in understanding logistics, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

•       Previous experience in the travel industry or related field is preferred.

•       Being a good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation abilities. 

•       Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding expectations.

•       Flexibility on working hours if needed especially during summer season. 

•       Having no military obligation for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·        Responsible for planning tour breakdowns and tour timings based on client itineraries and preferences.

·        Responsible for the execution of all travel operations including: transfers, tours and bookings.

·        Checking all elements of every tour prior to client arrival to ensure accuracy and completeness of travel arrangements.

·        Maintain open communication and coordination with guests, staff, and suppliers to guarantee high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.

·        To take action to address any operational malfunctions or emergency situations swiftly and effectively.

·        Highest level of guest satisfaction. A+

NOTE

• Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:30 to 17:00

• Flexible hours depending on client needs on the ground.

·        No Saturdays

·        Excellent chef in the office for breakfast and lunch

Preferred Candidate: 

Years of Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience

Graduated from the Universitey.

We also accept interns as we are very happy with these programs.

Military Status: Completed, Exempt, Delayed
