Bachelor’s degree from preferably, Electronic, Communication or Computer Engineering faculties. - Fluent in English both verbal and written. - Prone to teamwork, having strong problem-solving skills, and committed to self improvement. - At least 2 years of work experience in Voice & Video Network Technologies ( WebRTC; Video Calling & Codecs; Video Recording; - Interaction Routing; CTI; IVR, SIP, VoIP ). - Knowledge and experience in Video Call Center Infrastructures and Genesys Call Center . - Having technical training certificates from relevant companies is preferred.- Providing support to the solutions used in the Bank’s Information Technologies, Voice & Video Call Center Infrastructures. - Taking an active role in project planning, design and installation works. - Following the developments in sound infrastructure technologies closely and using them in project development accordence with the needs. - Taking part in problem solving, performance and capacity management activities with manufacturers.
