• Graduated from Mechanical, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering departments of universities,
  
• Preferably experience in tire production and / or rubber, automotive industry in at least 5 years,
  
• Having at least five years of experience in the field of industrial production,
  
• Ability of analysis and analytical thinking,
  
• High planning and production management skills,
  
• Giving importance to time management,
  
• Preference international company experience,
  
• Completed military service,
  
• Advanced level of English,
  
• Can live in Çankırı or Ankara Akyurt.
  

                                  JOB DESCRIPTION

• To reach desired product volume and quality by working in coordination with planning department,
  
• Experienced in employee management in production area,
  
• To motivate members and to make employees as team member,
  
• To take rolle in factory and audits and activities,
  
• To communicate relative department/employees,
  
• To follow and control the production stages,
  
• To make process and cost analysis for tire production,
  
• To carry out method and process development activities in order to ensure the healthy progress of production,
  
• To make the work organization of related personnel,
  
• To realize improvements in production,
  
• To keep high level discipline to product.
