The Marmara Group, which has been operating since 1978 and is one of the most established and pioneering institutions of tourism in Turkey, has a total of 5 hotels .The Marmara Taksim, The Marmara Pera, The Marmara Şişli, The Marmara Antalya and The Marmara Bodrum. The Marmara Group has two historical place, Esma Sultan Mansion and Zeyrek Çinili Bath.

We are looking for a "Assistant Marketing Specialist" to be assigned to The Marmara Group. 

Responsibilities:

Management of assigned projects. (Hotel apps, corporate brand memory, etc.),

Being responsible for all visual brand communication materials for touch points and channel activation,

Organising and managing the influencer, press and other collaborations to create content for The Marmara Group portfolio,

Managing creative agencies, briefing, organising photo-shoots/video production, timelines and deliverables

Meeting all internal and external visual&content needs of different teams such as Sales, HR, 

Budget tracking

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of brand management experience,

Familiarity with lifesytle products, customer focused, interactive,

Active on social media (Instagram, Linkedin)

Marketing understanding and brand management, analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends

Project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects

Flexible and quick in adaptation

Good stakeholder management

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Event management experience

Fluent in written and spoken English with an outstanding writing and verbal communication & presentation skills.

Good knowledge of Office systems such as Excel and Power Point.
