Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Machine and Filters Expert to join our team at TM-pharma.

As an integral member of our research and development department, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining laboratory equipment, particularly focusing on machines and filtration systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmaceutical laboratory operations, with extensive experience in machine maintenance and filtration techniques.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory machines, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.

* Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment as needed, minimizing downtime and disruptions to research activities.

* Develop and implement protocols for the proper operation and cleaning of filtration systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research projects and product development initiatives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, Biopharma Engineering, chemistry, or a related field, recent graduates are encouraged to apply

* Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to undergo training in laboratory procedures, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols  

* communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

* Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
