About the job:


We are looking for an Admin Specialist who will support the company's international recruitment processes and be responsible for office organization.


What you will be doing:


  • Planning and managing the adaptation process of candidates recruited from abroad.
  • Providing necessary resources for new employees to integrate into the company culture.
  • Communicating from the recruitment process onwards to assist in the preparation of necessary documents and completion of procedures.
  • Providing support in facilitating the settlement process for new employees, such as accommodation and visa procedures.
  • Communicating with relevant authorities to track and finalize procedures.
  • Ensuring the office is orderly and clean, and procuring cleaning and organizing equipment when necessary.
  • Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and placing new orders when needed.
  • Making reservations for meeting rooms and ensuring their preparation when necessary.



What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant departments
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Persian languages is required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in office management and onboarding processes
  • Experience in international transactions and visa processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
