 Cost Control Engineer should /have be :

• Graduated from Industrial, Management, Forest Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics or Business Administration / Management departments of universities

• 3-5 years of experience in budgeting and budget monitoring and cost control

• Have good knowledge and experience of SAP FI-CO-MM-WM-PP and BO & BW modules,

• Experienced in production planning and follow-up, knowledge of warehouse management and follow-up

• Process tracking; Experienced in OEE, Inventory Turnover, Value Flow etc. KPI tracking and FMEA

• Can define cost editing, know cost accounting and have experience in application

• Having experience in supply chain finance, index and price changes analysis, unit cost and product cost studies

• Experienced in MRP

• Ability to use advanced Excel and Ms Office users and other ERP programs efficiently

• Having experience in Analysis and Reporting

• Preferably with Advanced English

• Strong analytical thinking, communication direction, problem solving and coordination skills

• Prone to teamwork

•He has completed their military service for male candidates

 Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for;

• Calculation, control, analysis and reporting of production costs,

• Periodic monitoring of overheads, consumables used and other costs by using a cost-centered control mechanism and actual / budget comparison chart

• Product standard price calculations, BOM & Routing control; calculation of standard and active production costs, performing new product cost studies, deviation analysis of plan and actual data,

• To measure production process costs and keep them up-to-date, to contribute to the development of cost-related planning, monitoring, control and process improvement processes.

• Measurement of process poor quality (failure) costs, conducting parallel studies with the Directorate of Operational Excellence in FMEA processes

• Cost and time management of product and process costs, analysis and evaluation, cost accounting processes periodically

• Control and periodic analysis of purchase unit prices; Conformity check of the unit prices determined at the beginning of the year and follow-up of the price changes during the year,

• Monitoring and reporting of inventory control and inventory costs, performing monthly purchase trend analysis and budget comparisons

• Control of capacity and productivity calculations of the production process; analysis of actual and planned capacity and efficiency,

• Support in supply chain processes; stock counting processes, shipping optimized processes

• S&OP, Production Planning, cost, investment, logistics and supply chain process plan / forecasting reports to be able to support

• Taking part in the preparation of Management Reports,

• Supporting sector research,

• Search for best practices in the industry and propose technical and process improvements.
