Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for a Digital Product Manager. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and execute all phases of our digital project and product development cycle (ideation, analysis, design, implementation, user testing) working with a team of software developers and 3rd party technology providers

• Work with business stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for improving and digitizing business processes, finding new technology opportunities, demonstrating the benefits and getting the buy-in of the management

• Collect, understand and analyze all requirements and needs, design appropriate solutions and translate requirements into detailed product specifications, documentation and presentations

• Follow the latest trends in our focused domains (food manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retailing, e-commerce etc) find best business partners and run POC’s with customers to demonstrate the real value of the technology

• Implement projects with new digital technologies (IoT, AR/VR etc)

• Set the digital roadmap of the Yıldız Holding and execute it hand-in-hand with senior management

• Lead products vision, strategy and roadmap

• Use analytical findings to create roadmap initiatives and create key metrics to evaluate and continuously track product performance and health

• Plan and wireframe assets for visual design

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree from reputable universities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product development

• Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as knowledge of user experience principles and techniques

• Hands on experience on Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence etc...

• Experience in Mobile/Web Software development is an asset

• Technical understanding to communicate with development team

• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision

• Willing to travel within/outside Turkey for visiting customers

• Excellent command of English
