Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all stages of export processes.
• Track customer orders, prepare export documents, and follow up on customs procedures.
• Organize transportation processes and manage all logistic operations. 
• Ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Plan transportation arrangements and track shipments.
• Conduct all operational processes by maintaining necessary communication with warehouses, factories, subsidiaries, and customers.
• Monitor customs procedures.
• Provide expertise and support in export-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English.
• 3-5 years of experience in export operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, open to change and development.
• Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions.
• Previous experience in skincare or cosmetics industry is a plus.
