We have fulfillment solutions in Turkey, Germany, UK, Netherlands. We are looking for a new graduated teammate as International E-commerce Specialist for our E-commerce team

E-commerce Specialist (New Graduated)

• New graduated from Bachelor's degree or equivalent or maximum 2 years experience.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Customer oriented strong communication skills 
• Good at time planning, organized and managing project deadlines 
• Being proactive and self-disciplined person 
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset 
• Able to work in a team with interpersonal skills 
• Experience using marketplace integration tools and MS Office applications is a plus 

Job Description

·       Using marketplace integration tools for our clients’ product listings at their marketplace stores’ like Amazon, Ebay, Kaufland, Otto, Allegro, Bol.com etc.  

·       Consolidate masterdata of our clients and consulting about data requirements.

·       Checking the master data's correction, ensuring its uploading on the relevant platforms and mapping to the relevant marketplaces

·       Following integration with FiPlatform(OMS) for listing products, orders, invoices and cargos

·       Following day-to-day marketplace operations and optimizations for all marketplaces include orders, products, returns and if necessary current account reconciliation

·       If necessary monitoring the stock and prices of the products offered for sale in the marketplaces, aligning with current channels 

·       Opening marketplace campaigns for current clients

·       Preparing weekly/monthly marketplace sales reports if necessary

·       Following-up orders daily to be delivered on time from marketplaces, contacting fulfillment partners for orders that may be delayed

·       Seaching new marketplaces at potential markets
