QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Projects Training and Development Specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, etc.,
- Fluency in English,
- Preferably experienced in consumer goods, retail or research companies,
- Preferably experienced in education design and implementation,
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, open to self-development,
- Presentation and process management skills,
- Expertise in education design and implementation,
- Familiarity with applications such as Wondershare DemoCreator, Camtasia, etc., for preparing video-based training content,
- Effective use of Microsoft Office programs,
- Preferably experienced in Learning Management System (LMS) design and applications,
- No domestic and international travel restrictions,
- B driver's license
Job Description:
- Planning regular training sessions, either in-person or remotely, to ensure all business partners are well-informed about REM People projects' content,
- Organizing and conducting 1:1 on-the-job training sessions in the field to accelerate business partners' integration into the project,
- Evaluating all training activities, reporting on evaluated training, and conducting follow-up development through survey studies,
- Designing training content and preparing training materials related to REM People tools,
- Researching and actively using video content, animation applications, and other new tools in training designs,
- Conducting need analysis to ensure that all business partners or customers have accurate and up-to-date information about REM People tools,
- Instantly tracking and responding to objections from customers in projects with open objection platforms,
- Creating performance reports in training and quality monitoring processes, providing feedback and innovative approaches to improve data quality and enhance quality processes,
- Designing, implementing, and reporting on micro-trainings and videos available on the REM LMS education platform to provide continuous education to individuals working on REM People projects, business partners, and customers,
- Controlling the knowledge level of users who enroll in the REM LMS system for training by creating tests
