QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sancak Inflight Service stands as a distinguished airline catering entity in Turkey, offering its services across prominent airports including Istanbul New Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Antalya, Dalaman, Bodrum Milas, and Ankara Esenboga.

 Overview

 

This role orchestrates the seamless coordination of VIP flight processes, with a particular emphasis on streamlining operations for private jets in Antalya. While stationed in Antalya, the incumbent collaborates closely with the Istanbul-based Sales and Marketing team. Furthermore, they serve as a pivotal link, facilitating the exchange of all commercial procedures between our Antalya unit and the centralized Sales and Marketing department.

Nestled within Istanbul Airport (IST), our Headquarters beckons a seasoned "Key Account Specialist" to join our Sales and Marketing Department, with a specific focus on our Antalya division.

Responsibilities

 

Ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service on a daily basis.

Partnering with the sales team to onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships.

Strategizing, executing, and overseeing the financial aspects of the assigned area, swiftly addressing any deviations.

Developing an in-depth understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Overseeing all activities related to clientele, from inception to execution.

Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to drive strategic decisions.

Maintaining and updating master price lists in adherence to contractual obligations.

Providing comprehensive assistance to clients via various communication channels.

Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Tracking and forecasting key account metrics to drive performance.

Driving impactful outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration.

Garnering support and buy-in for initiatives, proposals, and solutions.

 

Required Skills

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Proficiency in both spoken and written English (essential).

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mandatory).

Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Office applications (mandatory).

Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the airline, aviation, airline catering, SAP, CRM, or FMCG sectors
